Book 1 – What’s in a Name?

Hidden at Ashwick Hall, Emma Wynn must stay “dead” until she comes of age, then prove she can protect her brother. A visit to Lady Eagleton draws her to the reclusive Mr Carne, but rumours about him could ruin everything.

Disgraced by a false accusation, Oliver Carne retreats to his Cornish estate and shuts out the world. Meeting Emma makes him question his exile and whether he might reclaim his honour after all.

Book 2 – True Companions

Lucy has lived in hiding at Ashwick Hall for two years. Now, under Lady Frampton’s care, she must face the twin sister who betrayed her and discover a world where nothing is quite as it seems.

Frederick Ashton plays the fool, masking nightmares that have followed him since childhood. When his dreams urge him back to Ashton Manor, he goes, hoping for answers and peace.

Lucy, her sister, and Lady Frampton accompany Freddie and his family to the manor, but as Lucy and Freddie grow closer, the past closes in.

Book 3 – For Duty, Love & Honour

Anne leaves Ashwick Hall when she is offered the post of governess to Captain Turner’s wards. She becomes reluctantly drawn to their guardian, but the secrets she keeps not only make it impossible for her affections to become engaged, but also dangerous.

A devoted naval officer, Edward Turner’s life is turned upside down by a false accusation. Returning to the estate, his mentor, Admiral Tewk, has left him, he finds himself all at sea. What little he knows about women is not to their credit, and the last thing he expects is to discover himself intrigued by an enigmatic governess.
